Alex Hillman

Alex Hillman is a community architect and social business consultant based in sunny Philadelphia. Alex has led and evangelized the coworking movement in Philly and around the world by co-founding Independents Hall, a collaborative community and focused on mixing social interaction with shared office space. Since opening the space, Alex has assisted a number of other similar group leaders in focusing and energizing their efforts. Alex is also a driving force behind multiple social and technology events and organizations in the city, sharing his infectious enthusiasm with every person that crosses his path (or finds him on Twitter).

Alex Hillman was kind enough to take the time to bring us a straight up rock and roll set for his top 5 favorite albums. That's some good stuff, Alex; The original Weezer album is a classic. And Muse! Don't even get me started. Fantastic.

Don't forget to check out his presentation: "The Future of the Workplace" at LessConf 3010 May 21-22 in Atlanta, Georgia. There's bacon filled pancakes and both Nate and I will be there. It can't get any better than that. We'd better see you there. Onto the music!
